SELECTING AN ATTORNEY

We can provide you with experienced English-speaking attorneys who will oversee the transaction on your behalf.

  Non-Greek residents must designate a Greek resident to receive all communication while you are out of the Greece.   We live in Greece and speak perfect English, so this can be arranged for you.  The easiest way to handle this is to give this individual Power of Attorney.  We can assist you with this after you and your designee are present.

  In addition, we can negotiate the attorney fees for you.  This lawyer will also assist you if you need a civil engineer to make sure that the land that comes with the property has appropriate zoning.
